RENTAL POLICY

All Homes are Non-Smoking                                No Pets Allowed
 
By smoking in the home or bringing pets - will inccur charges
 
Smoking is allow on the balconies and decks, please use the ashtray's provided
 
Check In:       4.00pm on the day of arrival
 
Check Out:       10.00am on the day of departure
 
The lead person making the booking must be accompanying the party, and be in excess of
 25yrs old, or the party may be refused permmission to stay or asked to vacate during
the period of rental.
 
Any damage or badly stained linens, towels etc - charges will apply
Damage or breakage of fixtures and fittings, homeware etc - charges will apply
Removel of garbage / containers are provided - or - charges will apply
Loss or damage to remote control units - charges will apply
 
Any passes for facilities must be left in full view for staff to collect - or charges will apply
 
We have a noise abatement law in Whistler which must be adeared to - or removel from the accommodation of all guests is required by the local police - this is for the benefit of other guests trying to sleep after a good day
 
Remember - alcohol dehydrates the body, care must be taken in the hot-tub, also glass and cans are not allowed in the tub - for safety
 
These rules may appear quite exhausting, but they are for your beneifit whilst on vacation.
We want you to feel at home, so treat it like home and have a wonderful time.
 
 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

1.             With MORE than 45days before arrival a payment of          
  25% deposit and full payment of the services
and arrangements plus taxes will be made at the
time of booking by way of Paypal, using a bank account
or credit card
 
The remaining 75% of the total booking value plus tax,
and the damage wavier deposit of $500.00cd
will be paid before the 45th day before arrival.
by way of a payment direct to: Scotia Bank
Account details will be provided at the time of
deposit payment.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All net monies received at Scotia Bank will be in
Canadian Dollars and must equate to the full value of the
remaining balance outstanding
 
 
2.     Bookings for accommodation, services and arrangements
made with less than 45days to run before arrival.
Full payment will need to be made within 24hours of the
booking. Deposits are taken in the same way as above
with the balance paid within 24hours to
Scotia Bank. Account details will be provided at the
time of deposit payment.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1.       Cancellation of your booking - MORE - than 45days from arrival inccurs the loss of your deposit, and any services
and arrangements made on your behalf
 
2.     Cancellation of your booking with - LESS - then 45days to
arrival will mean the total loss of your full payment made.
If the accommodation can be re-booked, a pro-rata
refund will be made for the booked portion of the
booking. NO refund for services and arrangements
would be entertained
 
3.     The damage waiver deposit would be refunded, providing
guests had not entered the premises.
 
4.              If guests are asked to vacate the property, due to bad behavour or not complying with the rules, then
NO refund will be made for the lost proportion of
the booking nor the damage deposit if damage
is found, after vacation of the property.
 
We strongly suggest the taking out of insurance to cover for any eventuality
